Alloc-DOX

Doxorubicin Prodrug

Alloc-DOX is an N-Alloc doxorubicin prodrug that selectively targets cancer cells. Upon activation by a catalyst, such as nano-palladium, Alloc-DOX demonstrates potent cytotoxic effects, resulting in reduced cell viability and tumor growth. This reagent is valuable in cancer research for studying prodrug activation mechanisms and evaluating treatment efficacy in tumor models.
