Linoleic Acid Inhibitor
ALOX15-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of linoleate oxygenase activity in both rabbit and human ALOX15, exhibiting IC50 values of 0.04 μM for linoleic acid and 2.06 μM for arachidonic acid.
