ALOX15-IN-2
Linoleic Acid/Arachidonic Acid Inhibitor
ALOX15-IN-2 is a selective inhibitor of linoleate oxygenase activity in both rabbit and human ALOX15, exhibiting IC50 values of 1.55 μM and 2.79 μM for linoleic acid and arachidonic acid, respectively.
