Anandamide Uptake Inhibitor

AM1172 is a potent anandamide uptake inhibitor that demonstrates metabolic stability. It effectively inhibits [3H] anandamide transport in rat cortical neurons and human CCF-STTG1 astrocytoma cells, with IC50 values of 2.1 μM and 2.5 μM, respectively.
