DGKα Inhibitor
AMB639752 is a selective inhibitor of diacylglycerol kinase alpha (DGKα). This reagent effectively restores restimulation induced cell death (RICD) in SAP-deficient lymphocytes by targeting DGKα in intact cellular systems. AMB639752 is suitable for investigations related to X-linked lymphoproliferative disease type 1 (XLP-1) and provides a valuable tool for studying lymphocyte signaling and apoptosis.
