AMPC
TFF3 Inhibitor
AMPC is a potent TFF3 inhibitor that demonstrates significant effects on cancer cell proliferation, survival, and oncogenicity, particularly in TFF3-positive CMS4 colorectal cancer (CRC) cells. In addition, AMPC exhibits the ability to diminish cancer stem cell-like behavior in these cells. As a potential anti-cancer agent, AMPC can be utilized alone or in combination with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), making it a valuable tool for cancer research applications.
