AMT-NHS

RNA-protein Crosslinker

AMT-NHS is an RNA-protein crosslinker that targets RNA bases and primary amines of proteins through its psoralen derivative and N-hydroxysuccinimide ester functionality. This reagent effectively penetrates living yeast cells, allowing for specific crosslinking of Cbf5 to H/ACA snoRNAs. AMT-NHS is capable of inducing varied crosslinking patterns, targeting both single- and double-stranded RNA regions. It is a valuable tool for capturing and analyzing diverse RNA-protein interactions within cellular contexts.
