AMX-883

BRD9 Molecular Glue Degrader

AMX-883 is a selective, orally active molecular glue degrader targeting BRD9, facilitating cellular differentiation in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Demonstrating high selectivity for BRD9 over other bromodomain-containing proteins, AMX-883 employs DCAF16 as its E3 ligase, distinguishing it from conventional degraders. This compound is valuable for investigating the mechanistic underpinnings of AML and exploring new therapeutic strategies.
