And1 Degrader 1 is a targeted degrader of the acidic nucleoplasmic DNA-binding protein 1 (And1), promoting its degradation in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells. At a concentration of 5 μM, And1 Degrader 1, in conjunction with Olaparib at 1 μM, effectively inhibits the proliferation of A549 and H460 cell lines.
