Angiogenesis inhibitor 3

Angiogenesis Inhibitor

Angiogenesis Inhibitor 3 is a potent agent that specifically targets angiogenesis. It effectively inhibits the proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) and HCT-15 colorectal cancer cells, with IC50 values of 1.00 μM and 0.71 μM, respectively. In addition to inducing apoptosis in these cell lines, Angiogenesis Inhibitor 3 demonstrates significant anticancer activity by suppressing cancer cell invasion and inhibiting angiogenesis in zebrafish embryos. This compound is a valuable tool for researching cancer therapies and vascular biology.
