VIP Receptor Antagonist

ANT308 is a potent antagonist of the vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) receptor. It enhances T cell activation and proliferation while inhibiting migration and metastasis of melanoma tumor cells by disrupting VIP-VPAC2 signaling and downregulating MCAM and N-cadherin expression. ANT308 is suitable for research applications in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and uveal melanoma (UVM), making it a valuable tool for exploring immune modulation and cancer biology.
