anti-TNBC Agent
Anti-TNBC agent-1 is a potent inhibitor targeting triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Demonstrating significant cytotoxicity, it exhibits IC50 values ranging from 0.20 μM to 0.27 μM in various breast cancer cell lines. This compound induces apoptosis in SUM-159 cells through the mitochondrial pathway and effectively causes G1 phase cell cycle arrest. Its capabilities make it a valuable tool for researching therapeutic strategies against TNBC.
