This compound exhibits significant anti-tumor efficacy in vivo, effectively reducing tumor growth in mice bearing subcutaneous MDA-MB-231 TNBC xenografts. Anti-TNBC agent-10 is valuable for research into therapeutic strategies for triple-negative breast cancer.
