Antitumor agent-159 selectively targets mitochondria and modulates cardiolipin levels, leading to a decrease in cancer cell proliferation. This compound effectively arrests the cell cycle at the sub-G1 phase and induces apoptosis in MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells.
