AP23464
Kit Inhibitor
AP23464 is an ATP-competitive inhibitor targeting the Kit receptor tyrosine kinase. It effectively inhibits the phosphorylation of both wild-type and mutant forms of Kit, exhibiting an IC50 range of 5-85 nM. AP23464 demonstrates significant anti-proliferative effects on Kit mutant cells with an IC50 range of 3-20 nM, induces cell cycle arrest at the G0/G1 phase, and promotes apoptosis in these cells. This compound is valuable for research applications focused on Kit-related signaling pathways and cancer therapeutics.
