AP23848

ATP-dependent Kinase Inhibitors

AP23848 is an ATP-dependent kinase inhibitor that specifically targets the activation loop mutation of the Kit protein. This compound demonstrates significant anti-tumor activity by inhibiting phosphorylation associated with activated Kit mutations, effectively reducing tumor growth in preclinical mouse models. AP23848 is particularly applicable in research related to diseases characterized by the D816V mutation, including systemic mastocytosis (SM) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
