Ape1 Inhibitor
AR03 is an apurinic/apyrimidinic endonuclease 1 (Ape1) inhibitor, exhibiting an IC50 of 2.1 µM. It selectively targets the Ape1 enzyme with low affinity for double-stranded DNA. This compound enhances the cytotoxic effects of methyl methanesulfonate and temozolomide in SF767 cells, making it a valuable tool for studying DNA damage response and repair mechanisms in cancer research.
