Aromatase Inhibitor

Aromatase-IN-8 is a selective aromatase inhibitor that demonstrates an IC50 of 0.05 µM. It effectively exhibits antiproliferative effects against estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer cell lines while maintaining a lack of toxicity toward non-tumoral cells. Aromatase-IN-8 functions by suppressing estrogen activity, elevating testosterone levels, and downregulating both estrogen receptor expression and phosphorylation. This reagent is suitable for research focused on triple-negative breast cancer and estrogen-related pathways.
