Artemitin

Flavonol Compound

Artemitin is a flavonoid compound known for its neuroanesthetic properties and selective inhibitory effect on Meth-A sarcoma cells, with an ED50 of 5-10 μg/mL, while exhibiting minimal impact on LLC lung cancer cells. This compound demonstrates anticancer activity by modulating cell proliferation signaling pathways and shows promise in anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective applications. Additionally, Artemitin produces a dose-dependent antinociceptive effect in the mouse hot plate test, with an ED50 of 1.6 μg/kg, highlighting its potential as an analgesic agent in research settings.
