ASCT2-IN-1
ASCT2 inhibitor
ASCT2-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of the alanine-serine-cysteine transporter 2 (ASCT2). With IC50 values of 5.6 μM and 3.5 μM in A549 and HEK293 cell lines, respectively, ASCT2-IN-1 effectively induces apoptotic processes in targeted cells. This compound demonstrates potential in inhibiting tumor growth, making it a valuable tool for research in cancer biology and therapeutic development.
