ATOX1 Inhibitor

ATOX1-IN-1 is an ATOX1 inhibitor that effectively targets ATOX1, a copper chaperone protein, with a Kd value of 12.5 μM. This compound promotes intracellular copper accumulation and elevates DNA methylation levels in the NOTCH1 promoter region, leading to the inhibition of the NOTCH1/HES1 signaling pathway. ATOX1-IN-1 is particularly relevant in hepatocellular carcinoma research, where it enhances the sensitivity of cancer cells to Cisplatin.
