ATSP-7041 Negative Control

ATSP-7342 is a negative control analog of ATSP-7041, designed for studies involving MDM2 and MDMX. It demonstrates lower binding affinity to MDM2 with a Ki value of 536 nM, and shows significantly reduced affinity for MDMX with a Ki greater than 1000 nM. This compound is ideal for experimental contexts requiring a control to evaluate the biological activity of ATSP-7041 in MDM2/MDMX modulation research.
