AVP-13358

IgE Inhibitor

AVP-13358 is an orally active inhibitor of immunoglobulin E (IgE) that effectively suppresses IgE-mediated immune responses. It displays IC50 values of 8 nM in vivo and 3 nM in vitro for IgE inhibition, specifically acting on T cells to inhibit the production and release of IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13. Additionally, AVP-13358 targets critical markers for allergic response development, such as the B cell IgE receptor (CD23) in human monocytes and CD23 and IL-4 receptors in mouse B cells. This compound is useful for research investigating anti-allergic therapies and immune modulation.
