Axl-IN-8
AXL Inhibitor
Axl-IN-8 is a highly potent inhibitor of AXL, exhibiting an IC50 of less than 1 nM. This compound also targets c-MET, demonstrating inhibitory activity with an IC50 range of 1-10 nM. Axl-IN-8 displays significant anti-proliferative effects on various cancer cell lines, including BaF3/TEL-AXL, MKN45, and EBC-1, with IC50 values of less than 10 nM, 226.6 nM, and 120.3 nM, respectively. This makes Axl-IN-8 a valuable tool for research into AXL- and c-MET-related signaling pathways and potential therapeutic applications in cancer.
