Trk Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor
AZD6918 is a selective inhibitor of Trk tyrosine kinases, demonstrating oral bioavailability. This compound induces cell death as a standalone agent and effectively diminishes the protective effects of BDNF/TrkB signaling in the presence of Etoposide, as demonstrated in vitro. AZD6918 is particularly relevant for research focused on neuroblastoma and related neurotrophic signaling pathways.
