AZD8701
FOXP3 Inhibitor
AZD8701 is an antisense oligonucleotide that selectively inhibits FOXP3 in regulatory T cells (Tregs). With a human IC50 of 65.2 nM, AZD8701 effectively binds to intronic regions of all FOXP3 pre-mRNA isoforms, facilitating dose-dependent knockdown of FOXP3 through free cellular uptake. This reagent is suitable for investigations related to cancer immunotherapy and the modulation of Treg function in various experimental contexts.
