Azido-FTY720

FTY720 Photoactivatable Analogue

Azido-FTY720 is a photoactivatable analogue of FTY720, designed to identify binding sites between FTY720 and its receptors. This compound features an azide group that enables click chemistry applications, specifically the copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with alkyne-containing molecules, as well as strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with DBCO or BCN functionalized targets. Azido-FTY720 is valuable in pharmacological studies and molecular probe development, facilitating research into receptor interactions and signaling pathways.
