β-Neuroprotectin

iGluR

β-Neuroprotectin is a selective inhibitor of the NMDA receptor, specifically targeting iGluR. It effectively inhibits the binding of [3H]TCP, providing neuroprotection at low concentrations against NMDA-induced neuronal cell death. This compound is valuable for research applications focused on neuroprotection and the underlying mechanisms of excitotoxicity in neuronal injury.
