β-S-ARCA

m7G Cap Analog

β-S-ARCA is a 7-methylguanosine (m7G) cap analog designed to target and enhance cap-dependent translation by binding to the eIF4E protein. Its unique phosphorothioate (PS) modification enables β-S-ARCA to prevent decapping by the Dcp2 enzyme, thereby increasing mRNA stability and half-life, ultimately leading to elevated protein expression within cells.
