Balomenib
Menin Inhibitor
Balomenib is a selective inhibitor of the menin-MLL interaction, demonstrating an IC50 of less than 0.075 μM. This compound effectively inhibits cellular proliferation in MV4-11 (CC50 < 0.1 μM), MOLM-13 (CC50 0.1-0.5 μM), and HEK293 (CC50 < 2 μM) cell lines. Balomenib exhibits significant antineoplastic activity, making it a valuable tool for research into therapies targeting menin-MLL-mediated pathways in cancer.
