BAY-155

Menin-MLL Inhibitor

BAY-155 is a potent and selective inhibitor of the menin-MLL interaction, demonstrated by an IC50 of 8 nM. This compound effectively down-regulates the expression of the MEIS1 gene while simultaneously up-regulating the CD11b and MNDA genes. BAY-155 exhibits significant anti-proliferative effects in models of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), making it a valuable reagent for research in hematological malignancies.
