BAY-364
TAF1 Inhibitor
BAY-364 is a selective inhibitor targeting the second bromodomain of TAF1. This compound demonstrates significant biological activity, effectively inhibiting TAF1 in various cell lines, including Kasumi-1, CD34+, and K562, with IC50 values of 1.0 µM, 10.4 µM, and 10.0 µM, respectively. BAY-364 is suitable for research applications investigating the role of TAF1 in gene regulation and cancer biology.
