Bayer-18

TYK2 Inhibitor

Bayer-18 is a selective inhibitor of TYK2, a member of the Janus kinase family involved in immune signaling. It effectively reduces the viability of ALCL cell lines, including K299 and SR786, with IC50 values ranging from 2 to 3 µM. Additionally, Bayer-18 induces apoptosis in K299 and SR786 cells, making it a valuable tool for research in cancer biology and therapeutic development in hematologic malignancies.
