BAZ1A Inhibitor
BAZ1A-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of BAZ1A, a bromodomain-containing protein. Demonstrating a KD value of 0.52 μM for the BAZ1A bromodomain, this compound exhibits significant anti-viability effects in cancer cell lines with elevated BAZ1A expression. Its efficacy is notably reduced in cells exhibiting low BAZ1A levels, making it a valuable tool for studying the biological roles of BAZ1A in cancer research and therapeutic development.
