FBXO24 Inhibitor
BC-1293 is an inhibitor of the E3 ligase subunit FBXO24. It disrupts the interaction between FBXO24 and aspartyl-tRNA synthetase (DARS2), leading to elevated levels of DARS2 within cells. This compound enhances the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, including IL-1β, IL-9, MIP-2, and TNF-α, and exhibits significant immunostimulatory activity in murine models. BC-1293 is valuable for research focusing on immune responses and the regulatory roles of ubiquitin-proteasome system components.
