BCATm Inhibitor
BCAT-IN-1 is a selective and orally active inhibitor of branched-chain amino acid transaminase mitochondrial (BCATm) with a pIC50 of 7.3. It demonstrates a remarkable 100-fold selectivity for BCATm over the cytosolic form, BCATc (pIC50=5.4).
