BCH001

PAPD5 Inhibitor

BCH001 is a specific inhibitor of PAPD5, designed to modulate telomerase activity and restore telomere length in dyskeratosis congenita (DC) induced pluripotent stem cells. This quinoline derivative selectively targets PAPD5 without inhibiting poly(A)-specific ribonuclease (PARN) or other polynucleotide polymerases. BCH001 serves as a valuable tool in aging research and studies related to telomere biology.
