Belapectin
Galectin-3 Inhibitor
Belapectin is a potent Galectin-3 (Gal-3) inhibitor that modulates immune responses by reducing tumor-induced immunosuppression. Its primary mechanism involves inducing apoptosis in T cells, facilitating tumor regression and enhanced survival in tumor-bearing murine models via a CD8+ T cell-dependent pathway.
