BemPPOX
DGL Inhibitor
BemPPOX is a potent and orally active inhibitor of dog gastric lipase (DGL), with an Xl50 value of 0.5, indicating effective inhibition of lipase activity. Additionally, it demonstrates strong inhibition of GPLRP2, with an Xl50 of 0.64. BemPPOX significantly modulates gastrointestinal lipolysis, slowing the overall lipolysis process in rat models.
