BET BD2 Inhibitor

BET BD2-IN-3 is a selective inhibitor of the bromodomain and extraterminal (BET) proteins, specifically targeting the BD2 domain. This compound is suitable for research applications involving PET imaging, as it can be radiolabeled with [11C]. Preliminary studies in mice demonstrate favorable biodistribution in peripheral organs and tissues, making BET BD2-IN-3 a promising tool for evaluating BET-related biological processes in vivo.
