BI-9321 trihydrochloride

NSD3-PWWP1 Domain Antagonist

BI-9321 trihydrochloride is a selective antagonist targeting the NSD3-PWWP1 domain, demonstrating a Kd value of 166 nM. It effectively disrupts the histone interactions of the NSD3-PWWP1 domain with an IC50 of 1.2 μM in U2OS cells, while showing no activity against NSD2-PWWP1 and NSD3-PWWP2. This compound is useful for investigating the role of NSD3-PWWP1 in epigenetic regulation and related research applications.
