BIBO3304 diTFA
Y1 Receptor Inhibitor
BIBO3304 diTFA is a selective antagonist of the neuropeptide Y (NPY) Y1 receptor, exhibiting high affinity with IC50 values of 0.38 nM for human receptors and 0.72 nM for rat receptors. This compound is orally active and has been shown to promote bone-tendon healing via the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. Its specific inhibition of Y1 receptor activity makes it a valuable tool for researching the physiological roles of neuropeptides in tissue regeneration and repair.
