BIBU1361

Apoptosis

BIBU1361 is an apoptosis-inducing compound that targets the Akt/mTOR and gp130/JAK/STAT3 signaling pathways. By inhibiting these pro-survival pathways, BIBU1361 effectively promotes cell death and suppresses autophagy processes. Additionally, this reagent is known to lower the levels of the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-6, making it valuable for research applications focused on apoptosis and inflammation.
