BiCAPPA
Antiprion Ligand
BiCAPPA is a bivalent antiprion ligand that targets prion proteins, specifically the infectious conformational form known as PrPSc. This compound effectively reduces PrPSc levels in scrapie-infected cells, exhibiting an EC50 of 0.32 μM.
