Bisphenol B

Endocrine Disruptor

Bisphenol B is a potent endocrine disruptor that primarily targets the G protein-coupled estrogen receptor (GPER). Exhibiting a higher affinity and agonistic activity than its structural analog Bisphenol A (BPA), Bisphenol B promotes GPER-mediated cell migration and demonstrates estrogenic effects at nanomolar concentrations. This compound is utilized in polycarbonate resin production and serves as a valuable reagent for research on endocrine disruption and related biological pathways.
