Bisphenol F

Endocrine Disruptor

Bisphenol F is an orally active endocrine disruptor that targets multiple biological pathways. It promotes reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, upregulates p-AKT and p-GSK3β, and induces apoptosis, thereby affecting glucose metabolism, neurodevelopment, and reproductive function. Research has shown that Bisphenol F reduces social novelty preference in mouse offspring, making it valuable for studies related to bone, blood, and adipose tissue. Additionally, it serves as an alternative to Bisphenol A in toxicological research.
