Soluble Mitochondrial Complex 1Inhibitor

BJH-86 is a soluble mitochondrial complex I inhibitor, demonstrating an IC50 of 5 μM for the inhibition of oxygen consumption rate. This compound exhibits weak inhibitory activity against phosphodiesterase 10A (PDE10A), with an IC50 greater than 10 μM. BJH-86 effectively reduces cellular oxygen consumption and inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells. Its applications include the study of various cancer types, particularly lung cancer.
