BKM1644

Anti-cancer Drug

BKM1644 is an acyl-tyrosine bisphosphonate amide derivative targeting cancer cell proliferation. It demonstrates significant anti-cancer activity by inhibiting the growth of metastatic, castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) cells. Additionally, BKM1644 enhances the sensitivity of mCRPC cells to Docetaxel and effectively slows the progression of bone metastases in prostate cancer. This compound is primarily utilized in cancer research and therapeutic studies focused on advanced prostate cancer treatments.
