BKT300

PRC1 Inhibitor

BKT300 is a selective inhibitor of protein regulator of cytokinesis 1 (PRC1) that effectively disrupts the dephosphorylation at T481, leading to impaired actin and microtubule formation. Its mechanism induces G2/M cell cycle arrest, mitotic catastrophe, and promotes apoptosis, ultimately inhibiting proliferation and migration of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells while preserving normal cell viability. In preclinical studies, BKT300 demonstrates significant inhibition of tumor growth in mouse xenograft models of AML, making it a valuable tool for research in leukemia therapies.
