BML-260
JSP-1/DUSP22 Inhibitor
BML-260 is a selective inhibitor of the dual-specific phosphatases JSP-1 and DUSP22. This compound activates UCP1 and enhances thermogenesis in adipocytes independently of JSP-1, and exerts its effects through the activation of critical signaling pathways including CREB, STAT3, and PPAR. BML-260 is valuable for studying inflammatory and proliferative disorders related to JNK signaling dysregulation, as well as metabolic conditions such as obesity.
